Technical Support Engineer

we’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer who thrives on solving complex problems and is passionate about delivering a world-class support experience.

Role Summary

We’re seeking a high-performing, innovative problem-solver to join our growing support team. You’ll work closely with  enterprise customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues across modern cloud-native technologies, third-party integrations, and clients own platform.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the cutting edge of Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML platform management, while collaborating with our Customer Success and Engineering teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, document, and resolve technical issues raised by  customers across Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and networking infrastructure.
• Reproduce customer issues, identify root causes, and escalate bugs or feature requests to the Product & Engineering teams.
• Respond to support requests in line with documented and agreed upon SLAs, clearly communicating status and impact to the customer.
• Act as a trusted customer advocate—proactively identifying risks and working cross-functionally to resolve them.
• Stay up to date on customer  platform features, releases, and cloud-native ecosystem updates.
• Contribute to internal and external knowledge bases, including troubleshooting guides and FAQs.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support urgent customer escalations, including occasional weekends.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical support, DevOps, or SRE role in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure), virtualization (vSphere, OpenStack), and networking (DNS, routing, firewalls, etc.).
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies.
• Excellent communication skills—able to translate complex technical issues into clear and concise explanations.
• Experience using customer support tools like Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, or similar.
• Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the CNCF ecosystem and modern DevOps tools (Helm, Terraform, Prometheus, etc.).
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) is a strong plus.
• Experience supporting enterprise-grade SaaS platforms or developer tools.
