Job Description:
Overview:
· One of the primary responsibilities of the Technology Services (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is to maintain and support a highly visible cloud system, Workday. We are seeking a techno-functional resource to augment the team.
· The Contractor will provide support which includes troubleshooting production issues, developing Workday integrations and reports, and performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports, and business processes. The Contractor will support the Production Workday environment and the development of new solutions and enhancements.
Responsibilities:
· Configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Workday.
· Troubleshoot production issues and provide support for the Production Workday environment.
· Develop Workday integrations and reports, including BIRT reports.
· Perform end-to-end testing of integrations, reports, and business processes.
· Develop and maintain calculated fields.
· Monitor integration issues in production and work with business users and the scrum team on issue resolution.
· Design and test assigned integrations and reports.
· Document project deliverables such as requirements specifications, design, and test results.
· Prepare and deliver documents required for peer review.
Required Skills and Experience:
· Extensive experience with developing integrations and reports in Workday.
· Thorough knowledge of security for integrations and reports.
· Experience with developing calculated fields.
· Knowledge of and experience with Workday HCM and Payroll business processes.
· Strong work ethic.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
· Experience with Orchestrate integrations.
