We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA to support a hybrid engagement in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation experience and the ability to lead security workshops, gather business requirements, and coordinate effectively with offshore teams to deliver high-quality security solutions.
Design, implement, and support SAP Security solutions for S/4HANA environments
Lead and conduct security workshops with business and technical stakeholders
Gather, analyze, and document security requirements
Implement and manage role design, authorization concepts, and user access
Provide security support for SAP MDG, SAC, BTP, and SAP GRC
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and segregation of duties (SoD)
Collaborate with offshore teams to assign, track, and deliver security-related tasks
Support testing cycles, transports, and production cutovers
Troubleshoot and resolve security and authorization issues
12+ years of SAP Security experience
Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Security
Proven implementation experience (end-to-end preferred)
Experience with:
SAP MDG Security
SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Security
SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Security
SAP GRC (Access Control, Risk Analysis, SoD)
Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts and role design
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with offshore delivery teams
