Role: Sr. Project Manager

Description:
Responsible for relationship management, project planning, resource management, tactical execution, and the creation and/or oversight of final project deliverables.
Excellent communication skills required.
ln this position, you will collaborate with senior management, stakeholders and the team to meet business objectives and provide professional leadership & mentorship fostering respect and trust to inspire others to pursue excellence.
Required Skills:
Overall, 8 years of experience required.
Experience in IT Project Management.
Highly Desired Prior experience working on State of Indiana large software projects as a Senior IT PM.
Highly Desired Strong knowledge of information systems development life cycle, information technology, project tools and approaches to development and implemention
Experience with multiple methodologies including agile and waterfall
Ability to translate technology terms and explain concepts of SDLC to program/business folks who have little to no exposure to large software projects
Ability to work with technical team members, and other IT professionals to flesh out project plans and risk registers and overcome obstacles
Strong communication and presentation skills
Highly Desired PMP Certified, upload cert on Reference tab at time of submission
