Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead AI-driven transformation programs within the Insurance sector. This role blends strategic consulting, program management, and delivery excellence-working directly with senior business and technology leaders to design and implement AI-enabled solutions that drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with insurance clients to identify opportunities for AI-led innovation and digital transformation.
- Lead client engagement from discovery to delivery-scoping, planning, and managing end-to-end execution of AI and data-driven initiatives.
- Translate complex business challenges into AI-enabled solutions, balancing compliance, scalability, and ROI.
- Oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring quality delivery, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to governance frameworks.
- Provide post-implementation guidance and performance optimization.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years' experience in insurance or consulting environments with a focus on business transformation through AI, data, and analytics.
- Proven success managing large-scale transformation programs involving process redesign and technology implementation.
- Strong understanding of insurance value chain-claims, underwriting, customer service, operations, and finance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
- Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams across complex enterprise environments.
Preferred Skills:
- PMO leadership experience including governance, financial tracking, and multi-stream delivery.
- Exposure to AI, NLP, and ML technologies and their application to insurance process improvement.
- Familiarity with risk management, dependency tracking, and agile delivery in enterprise settings.
- Ability to develop business cases, proposals, and go-to-market strategies.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (advanced degree preferred).
- PMP, SAFe, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.
