IT Project Analyst/Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support IT initiatives with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow-based delivery and coordination. This role works closely with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to track work, manage dependencies, and support deployment and change activities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using ServiceNow to coordinate work and communicate across teams. Experience supporting UAT or go-live activities is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities using ServiceNow, including tracking tasks, issues, changes, and dependencies
• Partner with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to support project milestones
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status updates
• Track issues and defects and help drive resolution with cross-functional teams
• Support deployment, release, or cutover activities as needed
• Communicate clearly and proactively to keep projects moving forward

Required / Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience using ServiceNow (ITSM, Change, Incident, Request, or task tracking)
• Strong project coordination and communication skills
• Experience working with IT teams and business stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Exposure to cutover or go-live activities
• Familiarity with Change Management processes (Change Requests, CAB meetings)
• Experience working with external vendors or consulting partners
