SRE (Site Reliability Engineer) || Must hold an AWS Certification (Only G.C / U.S.C)

Communication Skills:
• Must possess excellent communication abilities, both orally and in writing.
Leadership Experience:
• A demonstrated track record of steering discussions based on data during conference calls.
Incident Management:
• Proven competence in managing urgent incidents, maintaining composure in stressful situations, and effectively communicating resolution strategies during conference calls.
On-Site Requirement:
• Availability to work on-site at the client's premises three days per week, specifically from Tuesday to Thursday.
SRE Knowledge:
• In-depth understanding of Site Reliability Engineering methodologies and best practices.
Technical Certifications:
• Must hold an AWS Advanced Certification and display practical experience with core AWS services.
Systems Engineering Background:
• Experience in systems administration across various operating systems, including but not limited to Linux, Unix, and Windows, with a focus on system patching and maintenance.
Work Hour Flexibility:
• Willingness to work extra hours as needed, especially in instances of heightened incident activity.
Collaborative Experience:
• Previous professional experience working within a team structure that includes both local (onshore) and remote (offshore) collaborators.
