Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.
We are seeking an Onsite Technical Lead based in Boston to serve as the primary technical and delivery liaison between the client and offshore development teams. This role requires hands-on development expertise along with strong client coordination and delivery ownership.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage in hands-on development and conduct code reviews using Angular and/or Java (Spring Boot).
- Act as the primary onsite point of contact for the client.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks for offshore teams.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities between onsite and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and release management.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality benchmarks, and delivery commitments.
**This role requires being 100% onsite with the client**
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular or Java experience in both is preferred.
- Experience working in an onshore offshore delivery model.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of the insurance domain and prior experience working with insurance clients are added advantages

- Bachelors or Associates degree
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
