Job Overview: The Technology Management | Level 3 role involves executing communication strategies within the Cyber, Data, Risk, and Resilience (CDRR) division. The candidate will lead various communication initiatives, including content creation, technical storytelling, organizational announcements, and supporting quarterly Open Forums. This position requires collaboration with senior leaders to coordinate strategic initiatives, drive major communication campaigns, and support division-wide priorities. The role demands flexibility, adaptability, and teamwork within a global virtual team spanning multiple time zones.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary liaison between CDRR and Technology & Corporate Communications teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on communication strategies.
- Lead the creation and dissemination of organizational announcements, Cyber Alerts/Tips, Tech Policy Memos, and Quarterly InfoSec Emails.
- Manage firmwide campaigns such as Secure Our World (SoW) and Global Vulnerability Management (GVM).
- Oversee the creation and distribution of CDRR divisional newsletters with engaging and relevant content.
- Coordinate governance and management of external CDRR awards.
- Support the Technology Excellence and Engagement (TEE) program, driving education and tooling improvements.
- Assist in planning and coordination of quarterly open forums.
- Oversee divisional management activities such as Comms Day, Culture Conversations, and Tech Excellence initiatives.
- Provide strategic oversight for the CDRR Jive platform, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging.
Qualifications: - Excellent interpersonal skills, including tact, diplomacy, and the ability to tailor messaging to all organizational levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to varied audiences.
- Experience working cross-functionally with global teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Strong process management skills and experience managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including PowerPoint, OneNote, and Teams.
- Background in Technology, Risk/Regulatory, or Strategy is a plus.
- Experience in technology program/project management is preferred.
- Technical experience in Software Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Cyber, or Technical Quality Assurance is preferred.

Pay Range: $60 - $69.72/hour on W2
