Senior Project Manager – Global People Technology (Contract, Remote)
Our direct client, a prestigious global firm, seeks a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead multiple HR technology initiatives, including AI POCs, Learning & Development tools, Performance Management solutions, and Talent Mobility platforms. This role drives discovery, roadmap planning, and hands-on delivery related to these projects across a global People organization.
What You’ll Do
- Lead multiple HR tech and AI POC projects from initiation through delivery.
- Translate business needs into clear scope, plans, deliverables, and documentation.
- Manage project plans, RAID logs, roles/responsibilities, and progress reporting.
- Build strong relationships with global business, HR, engineering, and procurement teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Evaluate new technologies for feasibility, functionality, and “fit for use.”
- Collaborate across time zones; occasional early-morning calls with offshore teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong track record delivering complex technology projects (HR tech experience a plus).
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of planning and executing complex projects and programs. Strong background in managing application development–focused initiatives.
- Experience working in large, global organizations with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on PM who brings structure, clarity, and follow-through.
- Comfortable with both Agile and Waterfall methods.
- Curiosity about AI, data governance, and emerging HR technologies.
