	Must have graduated from a four-year college or university with the last year of major coursework in data processing, computer science, business, or a related field. Each year of related experience over the required minimum may substitute for one year (30 semester hours) of college credit.
6+ years	PeopleSoft PeopleTools development experience
3+ years	PeopleSoft development experience with Benefits Administration and Pension Administration
3+ years	SQL experience with an Oracle database
3+ years	Experience writing SQR programs and PeopleSoft PeopleCode
3+ years	In-depth data analysis experience
2+ years	PeopleSoft Application Engine programming
1+ year	PeopleSoft XML Publisher experience
