Job Summary

The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate multiple projects within the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. They will utilize their expertise in Advanced Java to drive technical excellence and innovation. This role requires a seasoned professional with 10 to 14 years of experience, working from the office during day shifts.

Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they align with the organizations strategic objectives.

- Utilize advanced Java skills to drive technical excellence and innovation across projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of project plans.

- Develop and implement project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

- Provide guidance and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution to minimize impact on deliverables.

- Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Facilitate regular meetings with project teams to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.

- Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and outcomes.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all project activities.

Certifications Required

- PMP certification or equivalent in project management.

Mandatory skills (must be showcased on resume):

- Large scale program management

- Agile expert including Jira automation

- Technical expertise to understand details necessary to perform

- Program management

- Scrum expert
