Agile Scrum Master

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Credit Risk space and drive the delivery of key features using Lean Agile methodologies
• Guide and coach Agile teams on Scrum practices and Agile principles
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives
• Promote collaboration and communication to support value delivery and Sprint commitments
• Manage and track decisions, issues, and risks using core tools such as JIRA and SharePoint
• Identify and remove impediments by connecting across Enterprise Credit Risk technology areas
• Monitor team delivery, maturity, and performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement
• Represent teams in Agile, governance, and status related forums
• Support teams in adhering to Enterprise Change processes and deliverables

Requirements:

• Strong relationship, verbal and written communication, teambuilding, facilitation and influencing skills
• Agile Scrum/Kanban knowledge and experience advanced proficiency
• Expertise in traditional SDLC methods and change management standards
• Analytical experience - ability to interpret business requirements into technical solutions, issue resolution, risk mitigation and avoidance
• Skilled experience with Agile lifecycle management tools (JIRA)
• Microsoft Office

• Intermediate Excel
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
• Demonstrated problem solving abilities
• Ability to perform in a dynamic, process improving environment

• Strong, proactive leadership capabilities capable of inspiring followership

Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94
