Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.
Responsibilities: - Support the Credit Risk space and drive the delivery of key features using Lean Agile methodologies
- Guide and coach Agile teams on Scrum practices and Agile principles
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives
- Promote collaboration and communication to support value delivery and Sprint commitments
- Manage and track decisions, issues, and risks using core tools such as JIRA and SharePoint
- Identify and remove impediments by connecting across Enterprise Credit Risk technology areas
- Monitor team delivery, maturity, and performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement
- Represent teams in Agile, governance, and status related forums
- Support teams in adhering to Enterprise Change processes and deliverables
Requirements: - Strong relationship, verbal and written communication, teambuilding, facilitation and influencing skills
- Agile Scrum/Kanban knowledge and experience advanced proficiency
- Expertise in traditional SDLC methods and change management standards
- Analytical experience - ability to interpret business requirements into technical solutions, issue resolution, risk mitigation and avoidance
- Skilled experience with Agile lifecycle management tools (JIRA)

Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94
