About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading complex technology initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable, customer-centric solutions in a highly regulated financial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic technology programs using Agile methodologies
Partner closely with engineering, product, and business teams to define scope, requirements, and success metrics
Drive execution excellence through detailed project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication
Ensure alignment with compliance, data security, and governance standards relevant to the financial industry
Provide transparency on delivery status via dashboards, reporting, and regular leadership updates
Facilitate cross-team collaboration to remove blockers and improve operational efficiency
Manage vendor/partner coordination and ensure quality delivery
Advocate for continuous improvement in tooling, process, and delivery frameworks

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in technology product environments
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously
Strong understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, data flows, and enterprise architecture
Expertise with Agile tools and methodologies (Jira, Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

Experience in payment systems, fraud risk platforms, or financial transaction processing
PMP, SAFe, or Agile certification
Background in software development, data engineering, or solution architecture

Education

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
