Job Title: Product Safety & Security (PS&S) Manager
Location: 600 North Centennial Street Zeeland, MI 49464
Duration: 15 months
Key Responsibilities:
Program Planning & Execution: Deliver aligned PS&S plans and progress for Client projects. This includes identifying, planning, and scheduling all security tasks for both existing and new programs.
Strategic Documentation: Align and document the comprehensive strategy for how planned PS&S activities will be executed to meet rigorous industry standards.
Performance Tracking: Define and monitor valuable PS&S Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure program health and security compliance.
Stakeholder Management: Proactively communicate, interpret, and document security requirements for program stakeholders.
Team Leadership: Delegate planned activities to team members and provide guidance to ensure all security milestones are met.
Continuous Improvement: Maintain a high standard of work by identifying ways to improve security products and services while encouraging a quality-focused culture.
Problem Solving: You define complex problems, determine root causes, and prioritize effective solutions.Situational Adaptability: You thrive in evolving environments, demonstrating the flexibility to adapt to changing systems, processes, and international regulations.

5+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity or information security roles.
Industry Knowledge: Solid comprehension of TIER 1 and OEM PS&S-relevant processes and standards.
Technical Tools: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Mobility: Ability to travel domestically and internationally as necessary to support program requirements.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Desired Skills & Experience - Advanced Education: Master s degree in a relevant technical field (Cybersecurity, CS, or Engineering).
Certifications: Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CEH.
Framework Familiarity: Hands-on experience or familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 21434 or ISO 27001.
Soft Skills: Proven ability to work collaboratively in team environments with excellent analytical and communication skills.
