The Business Application Analyst for OnBase is responsible for designing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing the OnBase Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform. This role acts as a bridge between IT and business teams to ensure solutions align with organizational workflows and compliance requirements. The analyst will focus on improving document management, workflow automation, and system integration to enhance operational efficiency.

Overview
The Business Application Analyst for OnBase is responsible for designing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing the OnBase Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platform. This role acts as a bridge between IT and business teams to ensure solutions align with organizational workflows and compliance requirements. The analyst will focus on improving document management, workflow automation, and system integration to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain OnBase solutions, including Processor Models, Workflow, and Unity.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for application improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and user-reported problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and system performance.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and compliance standards.
- Document processes and provide technical support for application systems.
- Monitor and improve delivery performance using relevant tools and metrics.
- Maintain on-call availability for application inquiries and provide flexible scheduling support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in OnBase administration and development.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, scripting, and database concepts.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and Moogsoft.
- Familiarity with ticketing and project management tools like ServiceNow and Clarity.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
