THE WORK:- You'll report on scope completion and scope deviations for assigned projects.
- You'll report on project schedules and associated timelines for deliverables.
- You'll report on project budgets and the effective use of available funds.
- You'll provide advice and recommendations on delivery methods suitable for the project(s).
- You'll support contractor selection and assist with preparation of contractor contracts.
- You'll oversee contracting and material procurement activities.
- You'll monitor and coordinate project schedules throughout design and construction.
- You'll monitor technical accuracy, efficiency, coordination, and constructability of project work.
- You'll ensure cost-effectiveness of designs, drawings, reports, estimates, and other required deliverables.
- You'll review construction documents for compliance with approved project scope and budget.
- You'll oversee and support design and construction quality.
- You'll assist with the development of design standards.
- You'll develop uniform standards for all aspects of project delivery.
- You'll provide the framework for reporting and control systems.
- You'll provide outreach and coordination with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- You'll develop interface management strategies for multiple, concurrent projects.
- You'll perform monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and support financial management and controls.
- Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.
- With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:- Minimum 6-8+ years' experience providing direct project management pertaining to construction projects: Electrical/Gas Substation, Compressor, Transmission, Distribution, IT, or Civil projects
- PMP required, Agile or other Program Management certifications, training or demonstrated experience with client approval IEEE, IEC participating member
- Professional experience with MS Project, Primavera (P6), or equivalent project management planning tools.
- Professional knowledge of cost management and controls, budget forecasting, demonstrated risk management and mitigation with exceptional communication skills.
- B.S. in Engineering, Business Management or equivalent field; equivalent experience with client approval

$149,000 - $187,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
