Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Engineer with expertise in developing AI and ML algorithms or technologies, including LLM Inference, Similarity Search, VectorDBs, Guardrails, and LangChain. The ideal candidate will have strong Python development experience, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills. Experience with PyTorch and HF Transformers is optional but beneficial. Front-end development experience using React is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI and ML algorithms and technologies such as LLM Inference, Similarity Search, and VectorDBs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable solutions.
• Communicate ideas effectively and work independently to meet project goals.
• Optional: Contribute to front-end development using React.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Python development (required).
• 2-5 years of experience with Flask and Django (required).
• 2-5 years of experience with VectorDB (required).
• At least 1 year of experience with ReactJS, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and PyTorch (nice to have).
• Experience with advanced Java and core Java (nice to have).
• Strong ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

Pay Range: $65/hr - $70/hr
