Mechanical Engineer with Data Science/ Data Analysis - Onsite - WI

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and review First Article Inspection (FAI) data received from suppliers, ensuring full compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.

• Analyze inspection results to identify deviations, trends, and gaps, and clearly document findings.

• Communicate inspection outcomes, risks, and recommendations effectively to internal teams and external suppliers.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Mechanical Drawings: Strong ability to read, interpret, and validate complex mechanical drawings and specifications.

• Data Analysis (Excel): Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze large volumes of dimensional and measurement data accurately and efficiently.

• Communication: Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills to present technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support in CT (Computed Tomography) bays, assisting with the execution of part verification and inspection procedures.

• Support verification activities as needed to ensure inspection timelines and quality objectives are met.
