Vaco has an immediate need for our client for a IT Desktop Support/Support Engineer to sit on-site 5 days a week in Kannapolis, NC. W2 only, no sponsorship or 3rd party vendors.
Looking for someone to start ASAP (week of 1/26 pending weather). And able to interview 1/23 or 1/24 via phone/MS Teams.
The right candidate will go full time, but will start as a contractor to get onboarded as soon as possible.
Required skills:
2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support roles
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
Comfort working fully onsite, 5 days per week in Kannapolis, NC
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently in a startup environment
