Job Summary

The Tech Lead will serve as a hands-on engineering leader, responsible for technical design, code quality, mentorship, and architectural guidance. This role requires deep expertise in full-stack development and the ability to influence system design across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on development using Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React
• Collaborate with Architects on:
• Low-level design documents
• System and service architecture
• Lead and perform:
• Code reviews
• Technical mentorship (mid & senior engineers)
• Definition of engineering standards and best practices
• Drive complex initiatives such as:
• Service decomposition
• New API/service creation
• Large-scale refactors
• Influence scalability, performance, and maintainability decisions across teams
