Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external development teams to leverage and onboard applications onto our platform. You will act as a technical leader, guiding engineers through architecture assessments, migrations, and platform adoption while helping solve complex technical challenges.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment, excels at translating customer and business requirements into technical solutions, and demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills across cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support full-stack development teams in onboarding and migrating applications to the platform

• Analyze existing architectures, development workflows, and tooling to define effective onboarding paths

• Collaborate with engineering teams to design, implement, and optimize scalable solutions

• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineers

• Work across cloud infrastructure, networking, databases, and application layers

• Assist with troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support

• Contribute to best practices, architectural patterns, and developer enablement

• Operate effectively in an agile, fast-paced delivery environment

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience, including TypeScript, Golang, or Python

• 5+ years of experience with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and developer workflow automation

  • Tools may include GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Flux

• 4+ years of experience with Docker and containerized deployments

• 4+ years of experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL

• 4+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform, AWS, or CDK

• 4+ years of experience using APM and monitoring tools such as AWS CloudWatch, New Relic, or Grafana

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools for rapid prototyping (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, WindSurf)

• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and collaborate across multiple engineering teams

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience building and supporting Developer Platforms

• Experience creating clear, consumable technical documentation for engineers

• Hands-on experience with AWS services including DynamoDB, EC2, EKS, SQS, SNS, and RDS

• Strong troubleshooting skills across application code and configuration layers

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-team engineering environments
