Description:
- As a Business Analyst Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting our business operations through business process analysis, requirements gathering and reporting.
- You will work closely with various departments and report directly to the Director, Business Operations.
- Your contributions will aid in driving informed development, business processes optimization and improving business efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in analyzing and interpreting business processes from multiple sources to support development of new systems capabilities and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand and document business needs.
- Help develop, maintain, and present requirements to various stakeholders.
- Support project management tasks, including documentation and progress tracking.
- Assist in the implementation of new business processes, data flows/mapping and strategies created by the new solutions and systems capabilities.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) and Jira project management and issue tracking software. Previous Jira Story/Issue writing is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to deliver requirements and documentation by deadlines.
- Must be proficient in spoken and written English.
