Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce & Google Cloud Platform Integration Solution Architect with strong experience in Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform). This role requires hands-on technical leadership in designing, developing, and integrating scalable CRM and marketing automation solutions using event-driven, serverless architecture.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Auto Cloud, Marketing Cloud campaign execution, and Google Cloud Platform-native integration services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Salesforce CRM solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Auto Cloud)

• Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and APIs

• Architect and implement event-driven integration services using Google Cloud Platform Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, API Gateway, and Cloud Storage

• Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, AMPscript, SSJS, and Automation Studio

• Integrate Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and external enterprise systems

• Evaluate architecture options and clearly communicate trade-offs to technical and business stakeholders

• Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and technical documentation

• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in software development, systems integration, or related IT roles

• Strong Salesforce CRM experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Auto Cloud)

• Hands-on Salesforce development: Apex, LWC, Visualforce

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Journey Builder, AMPscript, SSJS, Data Extensions, Automation Studio

• Google Cloud Platform integrations using Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, API Gateway, Cloud Storage

• Strong understanding of solution and enterprise architecture

• API integrations (REST/SOAP), event-driven systems

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Architect, Marketing Cloud)

• Google Cloud Platform Certifications (Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect)

• Marketing Automation strategy experience

• Financial Services or Captive Finance domain experience
