Join a leading enterprise software company in Westminster, CO, as a Technical Support Specialist. Ideal candidates should have previous experience in high-volume technical support settings, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and effective customer communication skills.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in chat, email, and phone customer support, demonstrating a customer-focused approach that tailors interactions and solutions to diverse customer needs
• Technical proficiency with computer systems, software, and Google Suite
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and patience, with the ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences
• Strong time management and prioritization skills for high-quality and time-sensitive customer communications
• Attention to detail in issue discovery and case note documentation
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism during high-pressure situations
• Troubleshooting skills to swiftly identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal system functionality for customers
• Experience with 3D modeling software (SketchUp) is a nice to have
