Senior Industrial Hygienist

Arlington, VA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

SURV7X is seeking an experienced Industrial Hygienist & Registered Sanitarian (RS) with 7 10 years of IH project management experience for a full-time, on-site role as part of a Federal contract in Arlington, VA. This position requires 5 days a week on-site at the Arlington office.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage IH staff and lead indoor air quality studies
Oversee inspections of ventilation and mechanical systems
Develop and conduct sampling strategies for exposure assessments
Prepare detailed reports and peer review IH findings
Operate and maintain IH instruments (pumps, dosimeters, etc.)
Provide safety guidance and respond to urgent "Hot Calls"
Mentor and review work of junior IH staff

Qualifications:

- - BS or advanced degree in engineering, science, or related field
  - Asbestos Inspector Certification / License
  - 7 10 years of IH experience in project management
  - Clean credit and no criminal history
  - Ability to crawl, climb, and enter confined spaces
  - Eligible for Secret Clearance (DoD sponsorship if required)
