Experience Level: Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst
Common Responsibilities for Both Roles:
Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements and create detailed functional specifications.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure seamless communication and effective solutions.
Conduct functional testing and support deployments to ensure quality deliverables.
Document business requirements, change requests, and workflows clearly and comprehensively.
Work actively in Agile environments, including running Scrum ceremonies and applying Scrum methodology.
Utilize JIRA for managing tasks, requirements, and project tracking.
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
Common Desired Skills:
Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in specialized domains.

Role 1: HR Domain Specialist
Must-Have:
Experience working in the Human Resources space, preferably with SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding.

Proficiency in writing Oracle SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
