Summary
Seeking a senior-level Program Manager to lead a large-scale, enterprise restaurant technology transformation across 3,000+ restaurant locations.
The ideal candidate is a strong program leader who can manage complex, high-pressure initiatives, communicate effectively with executives and franchisees, and drive results across business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership
- Own end-to-end delivery of a next-generation Restaurant Technology Platform, including:
- POS
- Inventory Management
- Labor Management
- Makeline Optimization
- Driver Dispatch
- Lead program lifecycle from discovery and design through pilot, phased rollout, and stabilization.
- Develop and manage master program plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
- Organize teams into cross-functional workstreams and assign clear ownership.
- Oversee the TDM and ensure technical execution aligns with business objectives.
- Communicate program progress, risks, issues, and timeline impacts to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
- 5+ years leading enterprise-scale technology implementations in restaurant (QSR/Fast Casual) or retail environments.
- Strong experience with large-scale POS deployments or POS integrations.
- Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar programs.
- Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, middleware, and vendor platforms.
- Excellent executive communication and PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Comfortable translating technical details into business-focused messaging.
- Experience working in cross-functional, cross-leadership environments.
- Experience with Agile/Waterfall hybrid delivery models.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
