Position Overview
The Applications Development Expert – Microsoft Dynamics will lead the design, development, and implementation of a Microsoft Dynamics 365–based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. This role requires strong hands-on development skills, architectural insight, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. You will guide CRM customization, integration, data migration, and user adoption efforts while supporting enterprise modernization initiatives in a collaborative, on-site environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
Customize, configure, and extend Dynamics CRM using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Dynamics SDKs/APIs.
Integrate CRM with external systems and data sources.
Support data migration, validation, and quality assurance activities.
Develop and maintain CRM workflows, business rules, plugins, and custom entities.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and technical teams to translate requirements into working solutions.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
Troubleshoot application issues and implement enhancements to improve performance and usability.
Ensure solutions follow security, scalability, and maintainability best practices.
Participate in design reviews, solution walkthroughs, and implementation planning.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in the IT industry supporting enterprise applications.
3+ years of experience serving as a technical expert in an IT organization.
3+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Strong proficiency with JavaScript, C#, .NET, SQL, and Dynamics 365 APIs/SDKs.
Proven problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Full lifecycle CRM implementation experience using Microsoft Dynamics.
Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
Familiarity with SharePoint integrations and collaboration tools.
