Job Description:

Required Skills & Qualifications

8 12+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on Agiloft development.
Strong expertise in AI/ML, NLP, LLM models, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and model fine-tuning.
Solid programming knowledge in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Experience integrating AI components into operational workflow systems or CLM platforms.
Proficiency in REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
Strong understanding of contract management processes, legal workflows, or procurement systems.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling.
Proven leadership experience in delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions.
