Summary
Our client, an IT Services organization supporting commercial and federal clients is seeking an UiPath Administrator & Developer is responsible for both managing the UiPath platform and designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade RPA solutions. This role ensures platform stability, security, and scalability while also delivering high-quality automations that drive business efficiency. The position serves as a technical lead across the automation lifecycle-from infrastructure and governance to bot development and optimization.
Job Responsibilities:
Platform Administration - Manage UiPath Orchestrator, environments, security, upgrades, and overall platform health.
Automation Development - Design, build, test, deploy, and optimize RPA solutions using UiPath Studio.
Operations & Support - Monitor production bots, troubleshoot failures, and provide L2/L3 support.
AI Inter-Rater Reliability: Review and verify AI-generated outputs for consistency and accuracy.
Security & Compliance - Enforce access controls, secure credentials, and maintain audit compliance.
CI/CD & Release Management - Manage source control, automated deployments, and environment promotions.
Governance & Standards - Define best practices, conduct code reviews, and enforce development standards.
Performance & Optimization - Track utilization, improve efficiency, and scale automation solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement - Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
documentation - Maintain runbooks, technical documentation, and operational procedures.
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and Acentra Health standards around ethical and safe AI usage.
Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience with UiPath Studio and enterprise RPA development
Hands-on UiPath Orchestrator administration (environments, security, assets, queues)
Bot deployment, monitoring, and L2/L3 production support experience
Knowledge of RPA best practices (Re-framework, exception handling, logging)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and source control (Git, Azure DevOps)
Understanding of security, access controls, and credential management
Experience working in regulated environments; HIPAA knowledge required
Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
UiPath certifications (Advanced Developer, Infrastructure Engineer)
AI / Intelligent Automation experience (Document Understanding, AI output review)
Cloud or hybrid infrastructure experience
