Title: AI Strategy Lead - Hybrid
Duration: 6 Months with possibilities of extension or conversion (based on performance, fit, and organizational need)

Looking for a seasoned AI Architect / AI Platforms Lead responsible for driving enterprise-wide adoption of AI solutions. This role is outward-facing and strategic, partnering closely with business units to evaluate use cases, propose AI solutions, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in AI models, data architecture, and platform integration
Primary Tasks and Responsibilities-
- Champion AI to Key Stakeholders: Act as the primary advocate for AI initiatives, communicating the benefits and potential of AI technologies and Governance to senior leadership and other key stakeholders to secure buy-in and support.
- Implement AI Platforms: Oversee the deployment and integration of AI platforms across the organization, ensuring they meet business needs and are scalable for future growth.
- Advise All Teams on AI: Provide expert guidance and support to various departments on how to leverage AI to solve business problems and improve processes.
- Develop and Execute the AI Roadmap: Create a strategic plan for AI initiatives, outlining key projects, timelines, and milestones, and ensure its successful execution.
- Implement Success Measurement Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and success of AI initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Implementation and Usage of Implementation and Usage of Generative AI technologies such as Microsoft Co-Pilot and lead the deployment and adoption of such technologies, ensuring they are effectively utilized to enhance productivity and decision-making.
- Support business domain teams such as R&D and Marketing with AI Capabilities: Collaborate with domain teams to integrate AI technologies into products and services, enhancing their value to customers.
- Drive strategic adoption of AI solutions across the enterprise.: Provide strategic leadership and direction for AI initiatives
- Evaluate incoming business use cases and determine appropriate AI solutions (build/buy/integrate).
- Provide architectural direction across AI models, platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Lead implementation and administration of AI platforms, tools, and supporting ecosystems.
- Collaborate closely with business teams (Technical Services, Customer Service, R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial) to translate needs into technical AI solutions.
- Work with the AI Governance Lead to ensure alignment with policies and best practices.
- Architect data pipelines and structures required to support AI/ML models.
- Support technical teams in deploying, optimizing, and maintaining AI platforms.
- Partner with enterprise and solution architects to ensure cohesive system integration.
- Drive productivity, customer experience, and operational efficiency via AI adoption.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in AI models, AI solution landscape, and modern generative AI ecosystems.
- Deep knowledge of data architecture, data sourcing, and model data requirements.
- Experience with AI platform support, administration, and enterprise-scale implementation.
- Hands-on expertise with:
- AWS (S3, data services)
- Snowflake
- SharePoint (unstructured data)
- Enterprise apps: Workday, JD Edwards, Salesforce, ERP/CRM systems
- Ability to design AI reference architectures and integration patterns.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills (not a BA role; must be technical).
- Ability to assess market solutions and recommend fit-to-purpose AI products.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree with 10 years exp, required; Master's with 5 years of experience preferred.
- 10+ years of overall experience within data architecture, information architecture, or AI/ML platform engineering.
- AI experience of 10 years not required, but solid exposure to AI/ML technologies is expected.
- Experience in regulated or manufacturing industries preferred, but not mandatory.
