IT GIS Systems Engineer job responsibilities include:
- Design, deploy, administer, and troubleshoot enterprise GIS platforms and ESRI-based systems.
- Manage and optimize ESRI products such as Portal, ArcGIS Server, SDE, GeoEvent Server, Image Server, Field Maps, and Survey123.
- Monitor GIS environments, perform upgrades, security enhancements, and performance tuning using tools like ArcMonitor.
- Administer enterprise geodatabases (SDEs), perform spatial analysis, and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Develop and maintain ETL workflows between GIS applications using FME Desktop or Server.
- Create custom GIS solutions and mobile applications while supporting cloud-based GIS operations in Azure.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience supporting and administering enterprise GIS environments.
- Deep expertise in ESRI technologies, including ArcGIS Enterprise, Portal, ArcGIS Server, and enterprise geodatabases (SDE).
- Strong proficiency in GIS system engineering, including troubleshooting, performance optimization, ETL workflows (FME), and Azure cloud-based GIS operations.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $55.00 per hour
