Role Overview:
Our Client is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Project Systems (PS) expert who
has strong business process knowledge of Professional Services or Enterprise
Projects, expertise in SAP Activate methodology, Fiori apps, Central Business
Configuration (CBC), extensibility, integration, and at least one full
implementation project, focusing on tasks like Fit-to-Standard, requirements
definition, role mapping, and project demand management.
Core Experience Areas:
Business Process Expertise: Deep understanding of Project Services lifecycle, from
initiation to closure, within the context of Professional Services (PS) and
Enterprise Projects.
Global Services/ Intercompany Process: Senior/ Hands-on experience for Professional
Services Projects Systems with Intercompany Service Organizations
Configuration & Setup: Using SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC) for process setup, Fiori Launchpad configuration, and authorization management.
Services Project Demand Management: Experience with defining and managing project
demands (services, resources, and materials) and WBS elements.
Extensibility: Practical use of key user in-app, side-by-side, API, or developer-led
extensibility in SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) for UI adaptations and
custom fields.
Integration & Data Migration: Setting up integrations and migrating project-related
data/ Migration Cockpit.
Cloud Mindset: Embracing cloud-native features and continuous innovation.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of SAP Project System implementation experience ideally with Professional
Services or Enterprise projects.
Experience with SAP Fiori/BAS: Role-based UIs, UI adaptation projects (SAPUI5), SAP Cloud
ALM: Requirements management, process documentation.
FUT, SIT, UAT Testing: Expert Testing Functional Configuration (FUT), String Testing
(SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and
non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a keen ability to deliver
solutions in a timely and effective manner.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition, or official SAP training, especially for
"Implementing SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition," Professional
Services.
Travel: Must be able and willing to travel to the customer site up to 50% of the time.
