Job Title: Senior Workday Solution Architect – Financials

Location: Atlanta, GA (Local preferred) / Remote for exceptional candidates
Duration: 18 Months
Rate: $70/hr to $80/hr on W2 or C2C

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Workday Solution Architect with 10+ years of Workday experience and strong Workday Financials expertise to support an 18-month enterprise implementation and optimization project. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, architecture, integrations, and stakeholder collaboration across Workday Financial modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workday Financials architecture and solution design.

• Provide functional and technical leadership across modules including:

  • General Ledger (GL)

  • Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Asset Management

  • Expenses

  • Procurement

• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

• Design and oversee integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs.

• Support data conversions, security design, reporting, and testing strategies.

• Partner with business, finance, HR, and IT stakeholders.

• Guide configuration best practices and governance standards.

• Support post-go-live optimization and enhancements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Workday implementation and support experience

• Strong expertise in Workday Financials modules

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect / Lead Consultant

• Strong integration experience (Studio, EIB, APIs)

• Experience with Workday security, reporting, and business process framework

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Experience in large enterprise implementations

Nice to Have

• Workday Financials certifications

• Experience in public sector, healthcare, or large enterprise environments

• Prior remote delivery experience
