Business Analyst

Location: New Jersey (Hybrid   2 days onsite, 3 remote)
Onsite Days: Currently Monday & Tuesday (subject to change)
 
We re looking for a polished, well-spoken, experienced Business Analyst with strong communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate should be creative in requirements gathering, documentation, UI mockups, testing, and production support.
 Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end requirements gathering and documentation

• Create user stories, workflows, mockups, wireframes & UI designs

• Support service desk by analyzing tickets, documenting issues & testing fixes

• Perform UAT, training, documentation & limited PM activities

• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst

• Strong SDLC experience (requirements   testing   deployment)

• Expertise in Visio (mandatory) and UI tools (Adobe XD preferred)

• Experience in:

  • Business process analysis & workflow documentation

  • UI design, mockups, storyboards, wireframes

  • Testing, training & production support

  • Customer Service / Helpdesk (3+ years)

• Excellent verbal & written communication

• 4-year college degree required

 This role is ideal for BAs who enjoy both business analysis + application support (non-coding role).

•  Hands-on testing, UAT & training background

•  Excellent spoken English & client-facing skills
