The Client Technology Manager provides technical leadership and operational oversight for end-user computing and client technology services. This role leads the planning, deployment, security, support, and lifecycle management of client systems, including operating systems, productivity applications, hardware assets, cloud services, identity management, and helpdesk operations. The manager supervises staff, ensures cybersecurity posture and policy compliance, coordinates with infrastructure and security teams, and supports enterprise technology projects while managing costs, assets, and service performance.
