We are seeking a Senior GIS Map Developer (Level III) to design and develop interactive web-based mapping applications and geospatial solutions. The role involves working with ESRI ArcGIS, web mapping technologies, and modern programming languages to support spatial data analysis and visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop interactive web maps and GIS applications
Work with ArcGIS/ESRI and cloud-based GIS platforms
Handle and manipulate geospatial and spatial data
Translate business requirements into GIS technical solutions
Build and integrate mapping APIs and spatial analysis features
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders

Required Skills:

Strong experience with ESRI ArcGIS (ArcGIS Pro)
Web mapping tools: Leaflet, OpenLayers, ESRI APIs
Programming: Python, JavaScript, Java, or C#
Front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Angular/Vue a plus)
Experience with spatial databases and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Solid understanding of GIS concepts, projections, and cartography

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Agile / SDLC
Exposure to DevSecOps / CI-CD (Docker, Jenkins, GitLab)
Version control using Git

Education & Clearance:

Bachelor s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
Must pass background check, drug screening, and clearance process
