NTT DATA's Client is seeking an experienced DocuSign Application Specialist to support and administer DocuSign as an enterprise eSignature platform within a validated, regulated environment. This role will play a critical part in Thermo Fisher Scientific's migration from Adobe Acrobat Sign to DocuSign, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable eSignature solutions across global business functions.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with DocuSign administration, integrations, validation (21 CFR Part 11), and enterprise support, and will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and the DocuSign vendor.
DocuSign Administration & Configuration
- Administer, configure, and support DocuSign eSignature (and DocuSign CLM, if applicable) in an enterprise environment
- Design, build, and maintain DocuSign templates, workflows, PowerForms, envelopes, and reporting
- Manage DocuSign Admin Console settings, user access, permissions, and account configurations
- Develop, support, and troubleshoot DocuSign REST API integrations
- Support out-of-the-box and custom integrations with:
- CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Document management systems
- Microsoft Power Automate / Power Platform
- Configure and support SSO integrations using SAML 2.0 and OAuth
- Perform troubleshooting across UNIX and Windows environments, including log analysis
- Support migration activities from Adobe Acrobat Sign to DocuSign
- Coordinate with DocuSign vendor support to open, track, and resolve issues
- Support platform releases, upgrades, and change management activities
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and availability for business-critical use cases
- Ensure compliance with validated system requirements (21 CFR Part 11)
- Support audit readiness, electronic signature controls, and validation documentation
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements, analyze issues, and implement solutions
- Resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs using ITIL-based tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Promote DocuSign best practices and drive continuous improvement and user adoption
- 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise eSignature platforms
- 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with DocuSign in an enterprise environment
- Deep expertise in:
- DocuSign Templates, PowerForms, Workflows, APIs, and Reporting
- DocuSign Admin Console and account configuration
- 3 years of experience integrating DocuSign using:
- REST APIs
- JSON, XML (XSD/XSLT knowledge preferred)
- 3 years of experience configuring SSO (SAML 2.0 / OAuth)
- Mandatory experience working in validated environments (21 CFR Part 11)
- Experience supporting enterprise applications on UNIX and Windows platforms
- Hands-on experience with incident, problem, and change management (ServiceNow preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and meet defined SLAs
- DocuSign eSignature (Admin, Templates, APIs, Reporting)
- DocuSign REST APIs
- XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON
- Microsoft Power Automate / Power Platform
- ITIL-based tools (ServiceNow – Incident, Change, Problem)
- Advanced Excel (data analysis, reporting)

- Hands-on experience delivering DocuSign implementation or migration projects
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and audit requirements
- Experience in requirements gathering, design, build, and testing
- Ability to support high-volume, business-critical applications
- Strong collaboration skills in a global, cross-functional environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to mentor and enable support teams

- Experience with DocuSign CLM
- Prior experience migrating from Adobe Acrobat Sign to DocuSign

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $34.39 to $71.64. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
