Salesforce Administrator

Overview:

Salesforce Administrator to optimize our system and drive efficiency. Must be a proactive, detail-oriented professional to take ownership of our Salesforce platform and support strategic business initiatives. In this role, you’ll manage daily operations, system enhancements, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful analytics and drive data-informed decisions.

User & Security Management

• Administer user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets
• Maintain secure access and enforce best practices through OWDs and sharing rules

Customization & Configuration

• Design and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, page layouts, and validation rules
• Adapt the system to evolving business needs with scalable, declarative solutions

Reporting & Analytics

• Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards
• Deliver actionable insights through robust data visualizations

Automation

• Create and manage Flows, Approval Processes, and automation tools to streamline operations

Compliance & Security

• Ensure compliance with data privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA)
• Monitor and enforce platform security protocols

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide responsive support to end-users and resolve system issues
• Document solutions and maintain an internal knowledge base

Data Management & Integrity

• Cleanse, deduplicate, and manage data imports/exports to maintain system accuracy

Training & Documentation

• Develop user training materials and conduct onboarding sessions
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation and best practice guides

Release & Change Management

• Lead testing and implementation of Salesforce seasonal releases and platform changes

Integration Oversight

• Manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, Marketing Automation, etc.)

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a strategic partner to sales, marketing, operations, and IT teams
• Translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
• In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Experience with Data Loader, data migration, and advanced SOQL queries
• Strong analytical skills and a track record of developing scalable solutions
• Proven ability to lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required
