Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer with deep expertise in Qualcomm-based platforms to design, develop, and optimize firmware for next-generation embedded and headset systems. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience with Qualcomm SDKs, toolchains, and embedded development, along with strong proficiency in C/C++ programming.

This role requires close collaboration with hardware, systems, and validation teams and demands a strong understanding of low-level firmware, connectivity protocols, and real-time embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, debug, and maintain embedded firmware on Qualcomm-based platforms.
Work extensively with Qualcomm headset SDKs, firmware frameworks, and proprietary tooling.
Develop and optimize firmware using Qualcomm compilers and toolchains.
Implement and maintain connectivity features, including USB, BR/EDR (Classic Bluetooth), and BLE.
Perform low-level debugging, performance optimization, and issue resolution on embedded targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, systems, QA, and product teams.
Ensure firmware quality through code reviews, documentation, and best engineering practices.
Support bring-up, integration, and validation of new Qualcomm-based hardware platforms.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of overall experience in embedded systems and firmware development.
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience with Qualcomm firmware development, toolchains, and SDKs.
Minimum 10 years of strong programming experience in C/C++.
Proven experience developing embedded systems using Qualcomm compilers and tooling.
Strong understanding of real-time embedded systems and low-level software architecture.
Ability to work onsite 5 days a week (mandatory requirement)
