Required Qualifications

10-12 years of proven experience in designing and implementing SIAM frameworks and ServiceNow solutions at an enterprise scale.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and comprehensive experience with modules relevant to SIAM.
Advanced business and technical writing skills with a proven ability to create clear, client-facing documentation and engagement collateral.
Strong understanding of infrastructure, networks, databases, and web technologies in relation to ServiceNow integrations.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills across all organizational levels.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead complex integration challenges, and drive consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience conducting SIAM/ServiceNow maturity and health check assessments to inform strategic improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

Expertise in methodologies from the Service Integration and Management Book of Knowledge (SIAMBoK ).
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Implementation Specialist certifications.
Proven experience with multi-vendor environments and service integrator delivery models.
Deep knowledge of governance frameworks, performance measurement, and continuous service improvement practices.
