About the RoleWe are seeking a
User Experience Designer II to support the development of modern, intuitive web applications used across supply chain, manufacturing, robotics, and productivity environments. This role will focus on building unified UX systems, improving existing tools, and designing new end-to-end user experiences that support complex workflows and highly technical users.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven designer who enjoys tackling ambiguous problems, collaborating closely with technical teams, and creating user-centered design solutions that scale.
What You'll Do- Create process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design mockups
- Develop cohesive UX systems and patterns for web-based applications
- Partner with product, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to define requirements
- Conduct usability testing, analyze data, and optimize existing experiences
- Present design concepts and rationale to peers, leadership, and cross-functional teams
- Contribute to team standards, UX best practices, and design operations
- Support tools and systems built on modern technologies and enterprise-level platforms
What Makes You Successful in This Role- Strong ability to design for web-based systems, especially those with complex workflows
- Confidence working with technical teams, data-heavy tools, or ERP / product lifecycle systems
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and turning unclear requirements into structured UX solutions
- Excellent communication skills for presenting work, receiving feedback, and collaborating with stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A strong design portfolio that demonstrates user-centered thinking and end-to-end design process
Required Qualifications- 3+ years of professional UX design experience
- Demonstrated experience designing web applications (portfolio required)
- Proficiency with Figma or comparable design tools
- Experience with ERP, product lifecycle, or enterprise-level systems
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or similar field
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
- Proficiency with standard tools such as Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting or designing for complex operational systems
- Ability to prototype interactive experiences
- Familiarity with tools such as Oracle EBS or Agile PLM (helpful but not required)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to incorporate research, data, and usability findings
