Program Definition & Platform Strategy Define program scope, technical approach, and platform architecture to design solutions that enable scalable payment processing across global markets and payment methods.
Technical Planning & Delivery Lead cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and delivery of payment platform solutions managing dependencies, risks, and timelines while ensuring technical excellence and system reliability.
Platform Goals & Performance Metrics Establish clear platform objectives and success criteria, track system performance, and measure program impact to drive continuous improvement and stakeholder alignment across multiple markets.
Communication & Visibility Provide regular updates to partners, leadership, and executive stakeholders to articulate platform value, justify investments, and support technical trade-off decisions.
Stakeholder Engagement & Feedback Loop Continuously gather and synthesize feedback from product, engineering, finance, and business teams to refine platform direction and ensure solutions meet evolving payment requirements.
Technical Leadership & System Architecture Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to define technical requirements for payment systems, evaluate platform feasibility, and ensure alignment with architectural standards and payment data governance practices.
Security & Compliance Integration Ensure all platform solutions adhere to Microsoft's security, privacy standards and relevant financial regulations (PCI DSS, regional payment regulations, etc.). Proactively identify risks, partner with security and legal teams to implement mitigations, and embed secure-by-design principles throughout the platform lifecycle.
Payment System Integration & APIs Partner with Software Engineering to design architecture and payment solutions for complex global requirements across multiple payment methods, currencies, and regional processors.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization Lead teams to collect platform metrics, monitor payment system performance, and derive insights that drive continuous improvement in payment processing capabilities and platform reliability.
Platform Documentation & Support Drive comprehensive platform documentation, payment system supportability, and ensure seamless developer experiences while maintaining high system availability and performance.

Must have skills:
Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years' experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, product development, payment systems, financial technology, or platform development
2+ years' experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team
2+ projects
Experience with payment systems, financial APIs, or platform technologies Knowledge of payment APIs, payment processors, and payment method integrations across multiple markets Experience with user experience technologies such as Angular, React, Javascript and others.
Solid analytical, system design, and performance optimization skills. Demonstrated thought leadership, with a proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate technical challenges, identify platform opportunities, and drive continuous improvement Strong verbal and written communication skills, with knowledge of project management software such as excel, ADO, and other status reporting tools.
