Join Oracle Health and Reimagine the EHR Experience

Our team is on a mission to modernize the Electronic Health Record (EHR) to empower healthcare professionals to focus on what matters most-patients, not computers. Leveraging generative AI, modern applications, and open APIs, we're building cutting-edge capabilities that enable seamless, integrated, and innovative healthcare solutions.

Why This Role Matters:
Oracle Health puts humans at the heart of healthcare. We're advancing the state of the art in clinical and population health, connecting data across systems so practitioners can provide care anywhere, anytime, on any device. Your work will help make healthcare more efficient, intuitive, and patient-focused.

What You'll Do:
  • UI Leadership: Design and build scalable, high-performance web and mobile interfaces with modern frameworks.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the go-to authority for UI architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Partner with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to translate requirements into intuitive, impactful interfaces.
  • Code Quality & Standards: Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices.
  • Mentorship: Guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging UI/UX trends, integrating next-gen capabilities into our applications.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure UI components are fast and responsive across devices and browsers.
  • Tooling & Automation: Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and developer tools to enhance productivity and reliability.

If you're passionate about revolutionizing patient care and want to shape the future of healthcare technology, this is your chance to make a real, meaningful impact.

  • Experience integrating with backend services (REST APIs, GraphQL) and cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Knowledge of performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG), server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and micro-frontend architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with developer tooling (Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier) and version control (Git).
  • Expertise in unit and integration testing using frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices for UI deployment and monitoring.

Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and drive technical decision-making.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to complex technical challenges.
