Oracle Cerner - Radnet (Radiology) Consultant

Requirement/Must Have:

• Seven plus years of experience working with Cerner Millennium.
• Strong experience with Cerner Radiology (RadNet).
• Experience with two plus Cerner solutions.
• Ability to resolve complex issues and provide subject matter expertise.
• Experience supporting Cerner applications, enhancements, incident management, or Cerner Millennium projects.
• Strong understanding of Cerner Millennium architecture and data model.
• Ability to work in a support services and on-call environment.

• Experience performing complex troubleshooting and change management.
• Experience documenting solutions, notes, and knowledge articles.
• Experience guiding customers through workflows, upgrades, enhancements, and system changes.
• Experience resolving escalated issues during operations, maintenance, and upgrades.

• Provide expert-level support for Cerner RadNet and related solutions.
• Resolve complex application issues and escalations promptly.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and change initiatives.
• Perform troubleshooting, change management, and documentation activities.
• Guide customers through existing and new workflows and system changes.
• Collaborate with peers and customers to maintain strong working relationships.
• Support operational and on-call requirements as needed.

• Experience with Cerner CVNet and PACS.
• Knowledge of Cerner Command Language.
• Experience with Discern Visual Developer and Olympus.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools and IT service management processes.
• Medical or clinical background.

• Cerner Emergency Medicine.
• Cerner Laboratory.
• Cerner Radiology.
• Cerner Pharmacy.
• Cerner PowerOrders and PowerPlans.
• Cerner MPages.
• Cerner Registration and Scheduling.
• Cerner HIM and Clinical Reporting.

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
