Senior Applications Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Applications Project Manager to lead complex enterprise application initiatives with a strong emphasis on Salesforce implementations and mobile application deployments. The ideal candidate will bring deep project management expertise, hands-on experience delivering Salesforce programs, and the ability to manage iOS and Android mobile app projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage multiple concurrent initiatives, collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce application implementation and enhancement projects

• Manage mobile application deployment projects for iOS and Android platforms, including two active mobile

initiatives

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, product, UX, and business stakeholders

• Monitor project progress, dependencies, and risks; proactively adjust plans to meet timelines and quality standards

• Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and executive updates

• Ensure effective communication and alignment across all project participants

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues

• Ensure deliverables align with organizational goals, user requirements, and customer expectations

• Support change management activities related to application and mobile deployments

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience focused on software or application implementations

• Strong hands-on experience managing Salesforce projects (must have)

• Proven experience managing mobile application deployments on iOS and Android platforms

• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects in an enterprise environment

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems (nice to have)

• Background in CRM and ERP implementations

• Understanding of mobile app lifecycle, release management, and app store deployment processes

• Technical understanding of system integrations and application customization

• Familiarity with change management processes and best practices

• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
