Java Developer with IVR Applications EXP

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with a strong background in Contact Center IVR applications to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on enterprise-level systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to high-impact customer communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications supporting Contact Center and IVR solutions.
• Work extensively with VXML to develop and enhance IVR workflows.
• Develop and support applications using Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Perform database design, development, and optimization using SQL and Oracle.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure high availability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities while following best development practices.
• Support and enhance existing Contact Center IVR platforms to improve customer experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Over 10 years of experience in IT, with strong hands-on experience in Java development.
• Solid expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Struts, and VXML.
• Strong knowledge of Contact Center IVR applications and related technologies.
• Proficient in SQL and Oracle databases.
• Experience working in enterprise or large-scale application environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
