Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Oracle Financials Functional Consultant with deep expertise in FAH (Financial Accounting Hub) and FCCH (Fusion Cloud Cost and Cost Management). The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Financial modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements. This role requires strong functional leadership, client interaction, and solution architecture skills within Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud Financials environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Financial modules with a focus on FAH and FCCH.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle solutions.
• Provide expertise in Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) for accounting transformations, journal creation, and central accounting configurations.
• Implement and support Fusion Cloud Cost and Cost Management (FCCH) for cost accounting, inventory valuation, and cost control.
• Work with other Oracle Financial modules including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Cash Management (CE)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Subledger Accounting (SLA)
• Conduct workshops, design sessions, and user training.
• Lead functional teams, provide guidance, and mentor junior consultants.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and extensions.
• Perform system testing, issue resolution, and post-production support.
• Ensure best practices, documentation, and compliance standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle Financials (EBS or Cloud).
• Must-have expertise in FAH and FCCH.
• Strong experience in at least three other Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, etc.).
• Experience in full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
• Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and design solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Leadership experience mentoring teams and managing workstreams.
• Oracle Financials certification(s) preferred.
