We are seeking an experienced Fraud Solution Architect to lead the redesign and modernization of a regional bank s Enterprise Fraud Layer (EFL). The current .NET/MS ecosystem is being re-architected into Java Spring Boot to improve scalability, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and design end-to-end fraud solutions, including rule engines, decisioning workflows, and real-time transaction monitoring.
Define modernization and migration strategies for consolidating fraud systems.
Integrate platforms such as BioCatch, PinDrop, Actimize, RSA, and other fraud tools.
Lead architectural reviews, present designs to InfoSec and governance boards.
Oversee event streaming pipelines, data ingestion (Kafka), and API orchestration.
Create architecture diagrams, documentation, and future-state roadmaps.
Communicate architecture rationale and tradeoffs with senior stakeholders.

Required Skills

7+ years as a Solution Architect with a development background.
Strong experience in banking fraud, customer identity fraud, and rules-based decisioning systems.
Hands-on understanding of biometrics, device intelligence, and behavioral data frameworks.
Expertise with cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven architecture (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
Azure experience and familiarity with BioCatch/PinDrop are a plus.
